  First of all I was rushed through paperwork. Not once did they mention that the insurance that I had elected to use would not be available to me for four months. I would have been better off using my own. And would have had l known that. I have rented from Aaron's before. I was satisfied then. I did not expect to come home with a television that had such a cracked screen that all you could see is blue streaks across the screen when turned on. This television was not on at the store. They swore it was. But I know it wasn't. I feel like they were calling me a liar without saying it. But half of the tv's in the store were not on. I had also looked at several tv's. The one next to it was turned on for me. The one I decided to go with was never turned on. I would be happy and still continue renting if they would repair the television while giving me a replacement until it was fixed. This is what was they explained that they would do in the case I needed a repair. But when it came to them actually doing it, they made me out to be a liar and refused.
